Save Time With Our Functional Magnets
Save Time When Securing Your Goods
Or should we say: work smarter not harder? 💪
A simple way to work more efficiently is to add this magnet to your webbing. It makes the webbing stay in place when you are on the other side of your trailer securing your goods with the ratchet.
The magnets fits the standard J-hook
The magnet is a strong neodymium magnet - a strong magnet which makes the hook stay secured when using the lashing straps.
A package contains 2 pcs of magnets.
How to Use the Magnet?
The magnet is very simple and easy to use. When the magnet is attached to the webbing, it simply attaches itself to the metal part of your trailer. It will stay in place when you attach your lashing strap and start to lash the webbing through the ratchet.
How to Add the Magnet on the Hook?
For the magnets that fit the 50mm webbing, you need to part the two pieces with a screwdriver. When you are placing the magnet on the hook, you must make sure that the magnetic part is facing the J-hook. Attach the other part on the other side of the hook, and close it by screwing the screw on the other side of the magnet. Now the magnet is ready to use!
To help you as best as we can, we have made a video on how to add the magnet to the 50 mm lashing strap/webbing. The video can be found on our youtube channel here!
Simply attaching the magnet by fastening it with a screwdriver allows you to switch your magnets to another webbing without issue. If perhaps your webbing becomes worn out, you can easily unfasten the magnets and reattach them to a newer webbing.
This magnet is available for purchase on our webshop and through multiple Ergolash dealers
